How do I purchase a collectible?

Please complete the Request Form on the product page. A dedicated advisor will review your submission and respond personally.

Which methods of payment do you accept?

We currently accept:

Card payments and digital wallets are not supported at this time.
All transactions are handled with utmost discretion, and no financial data is ever stored or shared.

Is payment required in advance?

Yes. All Sevyn pieces are reserved and processed only after 100% pre-payment.

How long will delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 8–10 weeks, exclusive of national holidays. High order volumes or logistical factors may extend this timeframe. A tracking link will be shared as soon as your order is in transit.

Do you ship internationally?

What if my shipment arrives damaged?

Every Sevyn shipment is fully insured. In the rare event of any damage during transit, our team will arrange a swift and appropriate resolution.

Can I return or exchange a collectible?

As each piece is custom-sourced upon request, we are unable to accept returns. However, in the event of an error or a confirmed authenticity concern, we will take immediate corrective action.

I’m unable to access my certificate. What should I do?

Should you experience difficulty viewing your Certificate of Authenticity:
 1. Check your email for the original link or file.
 2. Try opening it on an alternate device or browser.
 3. Ensure your PDF viewer is up to date.

If the issue persists, our team will gladly reissue your certificate. Simply write to hello@sevyn.in with your order number and item details. All Sevyn pieces remain registered in our system and may be verified at any time.
