How do I authenticate my purchase?

The certificate for my collectible cannot be viewed.

How do I buy a collectible?

Start by requesting the price for a piece you like. Match the ‘Price on Request’ and if it’s available, the piece is yours. But, the bidding process can get competitive. What do you do in this situation? Outbid by making a higher offer. If your bid is higher, you will receive the confirmation in 3 working days.

What methods of payment does Sevyn accept? And is it safe to pay online on your website?

We accept most credit cards or debit cards, UPI, or any other RBI-approved payment method at the time of booking an order. For UPI, please get in touch with us on WhatsApp at +91 9310609456. Your details are completely safe with us. We do not save any card details and all the payment procedures are absolutely secure.

Can I pay after my order arrives?

All our sales at Sevyn require 100% pre-payment.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order may take up to 15-20 business days (excluding national holidays) to arrive. However, if we’re experiencing high order volume, your order may take longer to ship. Your tracking number will be shared via email once it has been created. It may take a few days for tracking to show movement, depending on the carrier and the delays they are experiencing.

Where do you ship?

We provide shipping everywhere across India. Duration of delivery may vary depending on the destination.

What happens if my shipment arrives damaged?

All shipments from Sevyn are insured. We make sure your order is protected against damage of any kind during the shipping process.

Can I return my order?

Our collectibles are one-of-a-kind and procured just for you on request. This is why order returns are not possible. If there is a genuine issue of authenticity or you’ve received the wrong item, we will be happy to return the same on priority.
